Attitude for no reason no communication no iContact just attitude bad attitude wish they would just close this one down and send everybody home. It’s ridiculous how rude they are for no reason they all need lessons in manners You should never talk to people like they’re a child or stupid . They give off like you’re inconveniencing them or that you’re just plain dumb.. Whenever they have had in the past a helpful or a pleasant person start working there they didn’t last long ! It’s one thing to have a job that you don’t like, If you were raised right you should have common decency, show people respect and manners unless they disrespect to you .. Hate when I have to go in there.

The last time I visited I had great customer service. Although there was only one person at the parts counter, he talked to me respectfully and even gave me some tips. Other times I have visited when there are more people at the parts counter and it wasn’t friendly. Based on my recent experience, you nearly got a 5.

Went yesterday to get new wiper blade. Rude guy acted like it was inconvenient to help me. I asked if he could put it on, he said we don’t do installations, I told him last time they did, his response different management. They just lost a customer, I will gladly drive to Kahului in the future. Risking the loss of customers, not to smart. Never forget we live on an island, word gets around.

Staff are helpful, parts availability seems to be in stock most of the time. The local girl from Hana at check out is awesome! Give her a rai$e please, she is friendly, attentive, makes checking out a pleasant experience! Mahalo's

I would like to update my review with a shot out to Corey! If I could give him 6 stars I would! Thank you so much for consistently being there Napa! I have been here several times, for several parts on an older Volvo. The staff is always eager to help, find the right and exact part, even going out of their way to go to another store to find the light that I needed. They are to be trusted!
